I find broken
systems. I build
things to fix them.
I document
what I learn.

Right now that means AI tools for commercial real estate. Workflows that actually get used. Systems that replace work nobody should be doing manually. This is where I document what I'm learning.

How this started

I see broken
processes and
physically itch
to fix them.

I've been in commercial real estate long enough to know it runs on talented people doing things the hard way. I started building AI tools to fix that. Not because anyone asked me to. Because I walked into the same broken process one too many times and thought: this could be fixed in an afternoon.

I'm not a tech person who learned real estate. I'm a real estate person who learned to build. CRE is where I've proven the thesis. It won't be the only place I test it.

Building

Tour Package Generator is live at ENCOR. Currently fixing three rendering bugs in the multi-brand architecture before demoing to the first outside client.

Testing

Whether a comp market research workflow can be fully automated end-to-end, or whether there's always a judgment call that needs a human in the loop.

Reading

How small operators (not enterprise teams) are actually integrating AI into day-to-day work. Most of the case studies are about the wrong companies.

What I've actually made

Real builds, shared at whatever stage they're at. Some are shipped. Some are in progress. The process is as useful as the output.

Why I built it: brokers were rebuilding the same document from scratch for every client.

Document Generation

Tour Package Generator

Produces branded, client-ready CRE tour packages in minutes. You put in the property details. It handles the rest.

Shipped at ENCOR Advisors

Why I built it: I watched too many good meetings leave no trace.

Workflow Intelligence

Meeting Intelligence System

Captures what actually came out of a meeting. Decisions made, next steps, context that matters but doesn't survive anyone's notes.

In progress

Why I built it: the first hour of research shouldn't be spent just gathering.

Market Research

Comp Market Engine

Takes the slow, repetitive part of comparable market research off your plate so the actual analysis work can begin.

In progress

More coming.

I build faster than I document. Check back.

I write about what I'm building, what I'm testing, and what I'm figuring out. Not polished retrospectives. Notes from inside the work.

Where I've been

Before the builds, a lot of time spent in the room. That context is what makes the tools useful. You can't fix a workflow you don't understand from the inside.
